When I first indicated I was breastfeeding, it told me that weight loss was a bad idea for women who were pregnant and I should go to their sister site, babyfit. So I adjusted my info to say I wasn't breastfeeding, because it didn't allow me to customize to, "Comfort-nursing once a day." At this point, if Claire self-weans, that's not a problem, but this excess weight has got to go.
Anyhow, I'm there with the same username, so for all of you who are there, too, friend me, please! I haven't figured out yet how to do that. :)

Date: 2007-07-03 01:31 pm (UTC)Otherwise, you can group foods that you commonly eat together without creating an actual recipe. I do this for things like smoothies, or simple breakfasts that I'm going to eat all week. You do this via the Food Groupings tab in the Add a Food tool on the nutrition tracker.
