Interesting talk. I which is the greater problem choices that don't matter or the problem of granularity (ie, you can get 1 thing you prefer from each choice, but no choice includes both of the things you prefer).

I've read about this guy. I really liked what he had to say. I think he was in an article around last Christmas talking about the paradox of choice and shopping. It's really fascinating stuff.
