If I didn't now know better, I would have thought "Outside Pride" was a gay-friendly company, just by the name. Guess not.

I thought that too.

But I sent them a nice little bit of feedback suggesting they put the president on immediate medical leave until they can make sure he's taking all of his medications. Seriously, I hope the owners fire him.

He is the owner. And president. No board of directors, no shareholders, from what I gather. Therefore, no chance in hell of him being turfed. Bankruptcy's the best one can hope for, it seems. Or jail. Possible violation of anti-spam laws, there. :P

Oh well

Oh well, there's very little you can do about a rich jerk.

Other than advertise their jerkiness so widely that no one will do business with them.

I'm a little ambivalent on that because I'm unsure of it's effectiveness. I suspect a large contingent of his customers actually would approve of his message and hail him as an upstanding Christian. As he aptly pointed out a majority of public sentiment in States (and particularly in Republican leaning states) supports the statement that homosexuality is morally wrong.

To some of them the actions of the people who are horrified by his bigotry may seem like a "pro-gay" agenda. So there is a fine line where if you go too far, someone else may try to make him a mascot for family values and start trying to encourage fundamentalist Christians to actually purchase stuff from his shop. That might have the effect of temporarily driving his sales higher than before.
