I was originally going to say, "If only I were Canadian, I'd sign it in a heartbeat," but now I think I'll amend that to just, "If only I were Canadian." :)

Are there avenues Americans can encourage or contribute? I mean, if our neighbors to the north retain an enlightened attitude, just how bad can we slide back into the dark ages?
