Daddy: The crayons were having some issues.

Mommy: Really? I heard something about that.

Daddy: Yeah, the yellow crayon was colouring on the black crayon, and the black crayon was crying.

Mommy: That sounds serious.

Daddy: Well, the big mommy crayon came along and broke it up. Everything's fine now.

Mommy: That's good to know.

Daddy: Are you laughing at the crayons?

Mommy: No, just at the rather surreal nature of this conversation.

You're welcome. :) I love listening to Elizabeth play these days - she takes everything that's happened to her and been read to her in the last week and synthesizes it into an imaginative fairyland. It only confirms my initial assessment of her intelligence. :)

Or in her toy castle, or on her bed, or in her champignon house. I've heard of it in Noah's Ark, too.
