Humane society donations for Louisiana. . .

I would like to politely suggest if folks have spare cash, they should donate to the Red Cross first, and the Humane Society second.

This seems like a reasonable plan; in a time of crisis where there are limited human and financial resources, on sometimes has to prioritize. This diaster seems like one of them.
