We're off!

Elizabeth and I are going into work with Piet today, after which Piet will stay at work and we will go to see my friend Melissa, who lives another twenty minutes north of there (less if I decide to take the highway, but I probably won't.) There we will make jam, play with one of the two cats (the older one isn't that big a fan of little kids) and probably go to a local mall for lunch and some shopping.

If I'm really lucky, I'll be able to convince Mel to sign up for a livejournal account. :)
