[Poll #535343]

Edit: This poll is nicely dividing my friends list into "Canadian" and "other." :)

"Now I eat humble pie" and "Now I vacuum the turf at SkyDome" should also be valid answers.

Make that: "Canadian", "other", and "people fortunate enough to listen to Philadelphia's WXPN". :)

I have been searching for that CD here since we moved, and Craig just found it at a used CD place a few weeks ago - yay!
Let's give every new baby chocolate eclairs!
(now if only I could find some other lesser known [to Americans] Canadian bands...oh well, we are going to BC this weekend, I shall look then!)

The Arrogant Worms? I love their Pirates of Saskatchewan song. I'm sure you've got every Barenaked Ladies CD, so I won't even suggest that. :)

I think they came to the Park one year...or they played in Kingston all the time. One of the two!
I love Corky and Juice Pigs in a super goofy way (the Gay Eskimo song?), however I can't find anything from them. I guess they broke up a long time ago, I managed to find a tape of theirs online but it was for $40!
Maybe we will browse the used CD stores while in Canada.

Heard of the Worms, through a mention from Paul and Storm, and I've been meaning to check them out. Is there a particular CD you'd recommend?

I have most of their stuff downloaded off the internet, and haven't been able to find a CD lately - though granted, I haven't looked too hard. I'll ask my husband - he introduced me to them.

You might try

Their latest is "Semi-Conducted", I think. It's pretty much a greatest hits collection, except they perform with the Calgary Symphony.

On Pelee Island? Never been there, but I've heard it's nice.

He would most likely get all the references, then. :)
