Knit picks

Anyone here have any experience with Knit Pick's customer service - specifically, their willingness to look up dye lots when people don't order enough yarn? I'm three stripes into my Ravenclaw scarf and already know I won't have enough, plus I want to make a matching hat and would prefer to match the yarn.
