For about five minutes there, I thought my MP3 player was broken.
Elizabeth wanted to listen to it, so I turned it on, let her hold the earphones to her ears, and left it on the desk. So far so good - but she likes to dance, and the music was Billy Joel, and, well - it's not too surprising that it landed on the floor. It then stopped responding to any buttons at all, and the lock wasn't on.
So I took the battery out, put it back in, and tried again. This time it worked.
I think Elizabeth is too little for things with earphones.
