I worked out this morning. That makes twice in three days. I wore my brand-new, properly-fitting cross-trainers. Good, right? Exactly what I should be doing to get/stay healthy and energized, right?

Except that I'm still getting shin splints. [livejournal.com profile] page_4 postulates that my shin splints didn't heal properly from the time when I was working out without proper shoes, so now, even with the shoes, they're back.

I ache. I took an ibuprofen when I got home from the workout, and I stretched properly before leaving the gym, and I'm still stiff and sore.
