Our playground is full of mammoth snowballs. At last count, there were twenty-four of these things. The smallest I counted was about 18 inches in diameter; the largest was about four feet. Some are free-standing, some are in forts, some are just grouped. The kids are having a ball with them. (pun intended.)
Of course, the snow on the accessible part of the playground is either packed down or rolled into balls already, and they aren't allowed to go further afield, so there will not be many improvements to the current lot without more fresh snow. I'm happy with that. More snow is not high on my list of priorities.
Still. . . it's impressive.
