Daycare windfall

Within three years (just in time for our second child, hopefully) there will be free, regulated, half-day preschool available in Hamilton's East End (my community.) The article was not clear on how widespread the program would be, or what the eligibility requirements were. It will probably be school-based, and I would expect that the option to pay for the other half-day will exist.

Anyone reconsidering a move to Hamilton, now?
