*raises her hand as utterly lacking in ambition* I really do not want to work harder in order to get a job that pays more and has more responsibility. I coasted into a post where I get a comfortable amount of money, and I don't want to be a manager or work longer hours. Mostly I want to work fewer hours and get paid less, actually.
It's interesting how this is regarded as a *problem* that needs to be *fixed*.
