I've been looking for a good one of these for a while now. This one is perfect. For those of you who don't get it, that's the Prime Minister of Canada, Stephen Harper, whose plan for childcare is "throw small amounts of money at the parents and scrap any kind of initiative that's already in place." He was announcing his plans to go ahead with this at a daycare centre. The kid was part of the standard kissing-babies photo op. Needless to say, the picture is making the rounds pretty much everywhere less than twenty-four hours after being snapped. :) Thanks,
