Also to add (because it's going to be important as a parent) is how to do things like laundry (so clothes look their best and last a long time), sew (to fix rather than having to buy new), and grocery shop for the best deals on food because a grocery tab can vary immensely between supermarkets. (When I was in Texas, I could spend $100 on food at one place, but the same food would be $300 down the street.)
Time management is also important as potential parents (and current parents) are going to need to learn how to have their 'me-time' in conjunction with their 'kid time' so that everybody is happy. :)
