Coverage is usually proportionate -- so, if it were just Piet on the plan and the maximum per year was $500 for massage therapy, say, he'd be cut off at $500. With family level, he would get $500, you get $500, and Elizabeth would get $500. At least, that's how it works IME. Obviously worth checking out. :)
