NO STRIKE!!

Which is to say - the union accepted the Minister's last-minute deal, so we have a provincial framework that has been ratified by everyone involved. This doesn't mean we've got a contract, mind you, because each local now needs to take that provincial framework and hammer out the details specific to their board. However, it almost eliminates the strike possibility. I suspect the Minister was told by the Premier to get a deal at any cost, and she did it.
I still don't know the details, because ETFO's server is, predictably, far too busy to get any. The Ministry of Education website has no details other than ones I've already seen - I'm looking for things to shed light on a few of those items. But I'll get it at some point this evening.
I'm very relieved.
