For the past several nights, Claire has been playing for a while after being put to bed. She pulls at her sheets, plays with whatever toys are handy, and tonight she pulled a strip off her wallpaper and jiggled the side of her crib enough to take it off its unsteady runners.
She's mad at me now because I won't let her down to play, but I don't want her thinking that being up while her crib is fixed is a good thing.
We're getting beyond the point of monkeytude with this, and I am NOT a happy mama. As soon as her crib is fixed, she's going to bed and I'm not going in there again until morning.
