I just got an email in my in-box, forwarded by my MIL. We taught her a few months ago to check such things on Snopes, so with this one, she included the link to the Snopes article on it for verification purposes. It did happen, the emails have only a bit of misunderstood information (85% blood alcohol level? Not if she's alive!) and the stuff is poisonous.
