Actually, given my preferences, the Ironclaw dolphins wouldn't have had feet either. It's just that in the Ironclaw rulebook, one of the main section illustrations showed a scene of two elementalists - a bear and a dolphin - squaring off, and the dolphin was portrayed as having legs. So, since that was published in the rule book and all, I figured that was the precedent I would have to stick by for drawing any other dolphins. (Though, I suppose Pyat could have decided - or could still decide - to make dolphins minus the legs. None of the doodles I've drawn have appeared in any official Ironclaw publications, so it's not like my own drawings set any precedent - and the one picture of a dolphin spellcaster could be an aberration: Maybe he's got a spell that grants him magical "legs" for when he goes to visit the land-dwellers! ;) )
