YAY!
Sugar is the main thing that keeps weight on for me. I just broke a months long period where I had no sugar and very few processed carbs and I gained 5 out of 34 pounds back. I'm working with my doc to kick sugar again (it's usually a four day process for me) and I'll be waking up early and feeling better again.
