Also: What are these sensory CDs, and where could I get them? I didn't have sensory issues with sound until my early 20s. But then I worked at a Pizza Hut takeout counter for three years and dealt with a lot of loud noise, including about the loudest clinking plates you've ever heard, and since then I've gotten gradually more sensitive to loud, high-pitched noise. It's gotten bad enough to occasionally bother me when I'm listening to music. I think it might be due to ear damage rather than my being on the spectrum, given when it started, but I'd like to improve it if possible.
