I'm sure you know to be careful with morning glory. It's gorgeous stuff, but damn is it invasive. You'll have to wage a constant war with it to stop it taking over your entire garden.
We had a whole bunch of it on the back fence in our place in the six weeks between buying the place and us taking possession. It was already in the process of strangling the Evergreen Clematis. My mum waged war with it and it is gone now. On the one hand, I'm sad because it was so pretty. On the other, I'd kinda like to have other things in my yard, so it had to go, because I don't have the energy or time to keep it in chekck. :-P
