I was browsing the friendslist. mytimetoheal linked to a metaquotes post, where I found this icon, ganked with permission and credit. It's a spiffy feminist icon. I like it. Take the time to read the whole thing, though; it's long. I believe it's a Joss Whedon quote.

It is by Joss Whedon. Its from his acceptance speech for an award he received from Equality Now. You can find it on YouTube by searching Jose Whedon Equality Now. Good speech.
