I think you've still got a window. Claire's just 1, is she not? Jairus' various therapists (mostly OT's) always told me that handedness doesn't settle until at least 2 or 3 years old.
My dad is right handed and also does sports left. I could never figure that one out....kicking a soccer ball with my left felt so strange... And apparently my nana (mom's grandma) was left handed but forced right. I've heard that doing that can mess up alot more in your brain than just what hand you write with...
