I would never in a million years retire to the West Coast of the U.S. Too many earthquakes. I'm happy right where I am.

Hey, what about the NORTH West coast?!
I agree that California is nasty, well Southern Cal - but the coast from San Fransisco up is apparently quite pretty!
Okay, so maybe there are still earthquakes, but I think there are less up here than down in Cal....we have volcanoes though, so that's cooler!! :)
