I have three, and I'm unlikely to make three puddings, so that's one. You can use the bundt pan style. It came from my grandmother, which means I need it back after Christmas, but I can't use it for any other baking, really, so it's a good one to lend out.

So let me summarize - we have all the ingredients necessary divided up between us, we all have the materials needed except Ani who needs to acquire a mold or two, and we don't know yet if jadedcat is coming from Michigan, but I suspect not. This is going to be fun. :)
