Post of Actual Content - to distinguish it from all the little trips to Mundania in my journal. They are nearly always public (the exceptions being when I don't want to start a flame war or when I'm complaining about something specific and identifiable that a colleague has done) and they comprise the bulk of my public posts. They're the meat and potatoes of my journal.
