I know- they should give us a paid day to do this stuff! I try to just think of it as part of the job, for which I'm given a yearly salary, and not in terms of day-by-day payment or else I get bitter. It's really crappy for those who are doing longer LTO's! I'm on my way in a little while too... and it's my first time through this so I'm feeling slightly lost, but I know it will all be fine.
