Too much to do!

1) breakfast
2) dress in shorts and blouse
3) go get hair done
4) come back and pick up Elizabeth - Daddy drives us over to my mom's house
5) spend an hour or so going up the wall and out the window with nerves - also dressing and doing makeup, and keeping Elizabeth out of anything delicate
6)GET MY SISTER MARRIED

The rest of the day is a bit of a blur after that point. I'm not sure what's going on. I figure I'll just go with the flow. I mean really, how bad can it be? I'll be with fifty of my closest family members (no, that is not an exaggeration) doing something I've always wanted to do.

I need to remember to breathe.

I was a little annoyed at the time, but in retrospect I'm glad Alanna didn't ask Heather and I to sing.

My speech refers constantly to Alanna. She's been introducing herself to people as Lann for several years now. I wonder if Marc's family will know who I mean?

I've seen advice in a number of wedding books to not ask someone to sing if they've already got a billion things going on that might make them nervous and/or overwhelmed.

As for today... well, you know, because you've been a bride. Something will go wrong. And it will still be okay. And the day will be glorious. I'm excited for you all!! Have FUN!

Thanks - it was great, as it turned out. :)
