Help!!!!

I've got a crocodile eating my hair! Aaaaahhhh!!!!

Okay, so it's a fisher-price Little People croc from Elizabeth's Noah's Ark set. It is joined as I type by Terence from the Rubbadubbers, who is a dinosaur (a T-rex, specifically.) They're chowing down with a right good will, and Elizabeth is having a ball with them.

Elizabeth and I walked over to the local discount food-and-drugstore place to pick up snacks for tonight, fruit, milk, and various and sundry other items. I had to keep an eye on her - she likes to pick stuff up and throw it into the basket of the buggy when I'm not looking. We would have come home with skittles, two lollipops, a jug of laundry detergent (I'm surprised she could lift that one) and a package of hot dogs - and those are just the things I dug out of the basket. She charmed everyone she saw, and I kept her fairly busy by getting her to push the buggy. It meant we covered the entire store at least twice more than we needed to, but it's worth it if she's tired enough for a nap soon.

And now, for your Cute Toddler Story of the Week:

"Tell me a story, Elizabeth."

"Onceuponatime there was an Opa named Elizabeth. He had a beard and he got food in his beard. Hahahaha!"

Yeah, that's the one I heard. :)

Our Christmas present to ourselves this year will be a new digital camera, with video capabilities of course. There will be more video.
