I don't know if you meant this as a serious question or not, so I'll answer it. :)

Anyone whose French knowledge is textbook-based still uses "nous" and "vous". To be fair, "vous" is the standard way to say "you" to someone you don't know or to a group of people. I will start teaching it within the next few weeks. "Nous", however, is hardly ever used anymore. It has been almost completely replaced with "on", which uses the same form of the verb as "il". I'm keeping it simple in the hopes that my kids will learn the verb forms that are the most widely used.
