Housekeeping

Of the friends list, that is. I deleted the journals of a few people who never post, and a few who I couldn't remember who they were and who I'm pretty sure never post, and a few people whose journals were deleted. If I made any mistakes, like if I cut you and you want to be on my friends list, drop me a line and I'll add you back. This wasn't an attempt to cut friends, just an attempt to simplify things a bit.

I agree! I post far less frequently nowadays, and when I do, three or four people comment, making it that much less likely that I'll want to bother the next time. And I don't comment as much as I know I should even when I'm reading everyone else's posts.

That's been part of my reason for withdrawing, too. I find myself with less to say, so I'm getting fewer conversations here.

It kind of feeds on itself the sad thing is that Facebook hasn't really replaced LJ for me. I do go on tumblr, but that is pretty different as well and less personal like LJ was.
